Tasks throughout the various roles can include: Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects. Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers. Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects. Being a Kraft Heinz representative at career fairs and actively engaging in conversations with potential talents Qualifications: Job requirements: You are enrolled at university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. You are nearing the end of your Bachelor's degree or pursuing your Master’s (ideally in HR management, Business Administration, Management). You have good knowledge of English & Czech in both written and spoken form. Professional Attributes Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.  Curiosity, positivity & passion: You’re curious, positive and enthusiastic.
