Job Description OBJETIVO Assegurar a execução e o acompanhamento das práticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente na unidade, atuando de forma preventiva na identificação, análise e controle de riscos ocupacionais e ambientais. Apoiar as áreas operacionais na implementação de controles, treinamentos, permissões de trabalho, gestão de documentos legais e ferramentas de EHS, contribuindo para a redução de incidentes, atendimento aos requisitos legais e internos, fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e melhoria contínua dos indicadores da fábrica. RESPONSABILIDADES Eliminação de riscos; Identificação e proposta de solução para HIPOs; Integrações de EHS; Gestão de risco no sistema ADP; Organização de eventos; Gestão de treinamentos (presença e organização de turmas); Gestão de permissões de trabalhos; Gestão de ferramentas de segurança ou de meio ambiente; Realizar analise de risco de segurança do trabalho;; Estabelecer controles operacionais para os risco de segurança do trabalho identificados; Aplicar treinamento baseado nas NRs; Elaborar e revisar procedimento; Elaborar e revisar JSA (Job Safety Analisty); Realizar analise de trabalhos especiais( permissão de trabalho); Realiza a classificação dos evento de segurança de acordo com a metodologia KH; Realizar atendimento junto ao time de brigada de emergência; Elaboração e revisão de politica de segurança; Propor melhorias nas áreas sobre redução ou eliminação de risco; Coordenar a brigada de emergência; Gerencias os documentos PGR e LTCAT; Auditar e aplicar o 5 S; Conhecer as rotinhas de KHMS; Implementar ferramentas de redução de comportamento inseguros como BOS (Behavior Observation Safety) e Risk Trigger; Abertura de ordens de serviço; Avaliações de segurança em gestões de mudança; Realizar as reuniões semanais de EHS; Conhecimento básico dos KPI de fábrica e EHS; Participação ativamente junto com a CIPA; REQUISITOS Ensino Técnico de segurança do trabalho completo Formação em brigada de emergência Formação em NR 35, 33, 11 (desejável) Location(s) Blumenau, Brazil Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
