Job Description Objetivo: Fortalecer a base de dados da KHC Brasil e impulsionar a transformação digital em toda a agenda comercial. O Analista Sênior de Dados é responsável por garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados provenientes de múltiplos sistemas de origem, construindo pipelines escaláveis e modelos semânticos que alimentam relatórios em Power BI e automações impulsionadas por IA. Além da entrega técnica, esta função exige forte entendimento de negócio para interpretar as necessidades comerciais e traduzi-las em soluções práticas — desde dashboards executivos até fluxos de trabalho com LLM, como sugestões automatizadas de pedidos com base em níveis de estoque do cliente, dados de sell-out e sell-in. A fluência em IA é essencial para esta função: espera-se que o analista utilize ativamente ferramentas como Microsoft Copilot, Claude e Snowflake para acelerar a entrega de analytics e desbloquear novos casos de uso. Responsabilidades: Garantir a fundação de dados — assegurar a qualidade, completude e consistência dos dados integrados de múltiplos sistemas comerciais (ERP, sell-out, sell-in, estoque do cliente), construindo e mantendo pipelines escaláveis (ETL/ELT) e modelos semânticos em Snowflake. Desenvolver e manter Analytics & Reporting — criar e gerenciar relatórios e dashboards executivos em Power BI (DAX, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines, RLS), garantindo adoção pelas equipes comerciais e de liderança e reduzindo o esforço manual de reporting. Implementar IA e Automação — identificar, desenvolver e implementar fluxos de trabalho habilitados por IA (ex: motores de sugestão de pedidos, geração automatizada de relatórios via LLM), utilizando ferramentas como Microsoft Copilot, Claude e Snowflake Cortex. Atuar como parceiro estratégico do negócio — traduzir necessidades comerciais em soluções de dados práticas e escaláveis, colaborando com as áreas de CSO/Comercial, Trade & Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Finanças, TI e Marketing. Monitorar KPIs e garantir melhoria contínua — acompanhar métricas de qualidade de dados, adoção de relatórios, time-to-insight, confiabilidade de pipelines e impacto das automações, propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos de dados e governança. Requisitos: Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou área quantitativa correlata (pós-graduação é um diferencial). 5+ anos como Analista de Dados com SQL (preferencialmente Snowflake) e Power BI (DAX, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines). Experiência em entrega de soluções de BI ponta a ponta, pipelines ETL/ELT e modelagem dimensional. Exposição a IA/ML, LLM ou Snowflake Cortex é um forte diferencial. Experiência em FMCG/CPG é preferencial. Conhecimentos técnicos em Python, Power Automate, data warehousing, análise estatística e limpeza de dados. Inglês avançado.
