Nutriólogo/a Supervisor/a de Comedor Corporativo Ubicación: Toluca Sueldo: $420,400 MXN brutos mensuales + prestaciones superiores Objetivo del puesto Buscamos un/a profesional en Nutrición responsable de supervisar y asegurar la correcta operación nutricional, sanitaria y operativa del comedor corporativo, garantizando un servicio de alimentación seguro, balanceado y de alta calidad, en cumplimiento con la normatividad vigente y los estándares de la organización. Perfil requerido Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Nutrición. Experiencia: Experiencia en servicios de alimentación, comedores industriales, hospitales, hoteles o restaurantes de alto volumen. Conocimiento en normatividad sanitaria, inocuidad alimentaria y sistemas de calidad. Experiencia en conciliaciones y seguimiento operativo. Manejo de paquetería Office. Competencias: Planeación y organización. Liderazgo y supervisión de personal. Comunicación efectiva. Orientación al servicio. Trabajo en equipo. Análisis y solución de problemas. Enfoque en seguridad alimentaria y mejora continua. Principales responsabilidades Diseñar y actualizar menús nutricionalmente balanceados de acuerdo con lineamientos de salud y necesidades de la operación. Supervisar la preparación, manejo, conservación y distribución de alimentos garantizando calidad e inocuidad. Verificar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y normativas sanitarias aplicables. Realizar inspecciones en cocina, almacenes, cámaras de refrigeración y áreas de servicio. Monitorear calidad nutricional, control de porciones y requerimientos especiales de alimentación. Auditar programas de capacitación, higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Supervisar recepción, almacenamiento e inventarios de materias primas. Analizar indicadores operativos como satisfacción del usuario, desperdicio de alimentos y cumplimiento sanitario. Elaborar reportes técnicos, auditorías e informes de resultados. Coordinar acciones con proveedores y áreas internas como Facilities, RH, Seguridad e Higiene y Salud Ocupacional. Identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa, sustentabilidad y bienestar de los usuarios. Colaborar con el Servicio Médico en reportes relacionados con hábitos alimenticios y bienestar nutricional.
