Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and account contacts.
Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, updates, and requests.
Provide professional, timely, and accurate assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient account management and service delivery.
Maintain organized and accurate account records, communications, and documentation.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to strengthen relationships.
Assist with account onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing client communications.

Competitive Salary: $49,000 – $53,000 annually.
