Enterprise Integrations & Planning: Collaborate with other architects on the estimate-to-budget, pursuit-to-project, and project-to-supply-chain workflows to ensure seamless data flow across the project lifecycle. Partner with Finance and Project Controls teams to align project accounting, forecasting, scheduling, and portfolio reporting requirements. Responsible for the project master data (projects, customers, suppliers, items, assets, and employee data sourced from Workday) to keep one source of truth across the Oracle ecosystem. Stakeholder Leadership & Delivery: Lead design workshops and advise stakeholders on solution options, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and roadmap priorities. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Process Owners, and system integrator partners to align process, solution, and data requirements. Guide functional and technical delivery teams, ensuring solution quality, architectural alignment, and adherence to best practices. Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions and maintain supporting functional and technical documentation. Lead testing, implementation, cutover planning, site readiness, pilot execution, and go-live support for new and enhanced capabilities.
