Content and copy strategy: Interpret briefs to develop and produce content and copy, providing suggestions on messaging, themes, and outputs through to execution. Research acumen: Research and understand each internal client's needs and target audiences through online searches and AI queries, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings. Governance: Ensure that editorial standards, legal and compliance standards, quality standards, and brand and voice alignment are upheld. Cross‑business and cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with practice and regional marketing and communications teams, creative teams, digital teams, social media teams, and others from concept development to delivery of final content and copy product on an agreed schedule using workflow tools to track progress. Continuous improvement: Continually raise the bar on deliverables, writing fresh content and copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-related industry trends and editorial trends. Help shape and mentor others on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice. What you need to have: The ideal candidate will be experienced at editing and developing content and copy with the credibility to operate at all levels of a global organization. Ideally, you will have: Relevant experience in a large firm, as a journalist, or as a content developer.
