Company: Marsh Description: XOL Technician We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Services Support team at Marsh Re. This role will be based in Witham. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Reinsurance Technician (XOL), you will support our client base through transactional processing, securing reinsurance recoveries through timely and accurate system entry. We will count on you to: Manage an assigned client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums and claims Work with Market Fiduciary to assist with collection of funds Manage all XOL post, brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, ad hoc reporting requests, and all transactional process steps Promote, build and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets Participate in training sessions, and provide input within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with troubleshooting What you need to have: Reinsurance Premium/Claims experience, ie; handling cash loss/large loss and a desire to move into the Reinsurance sector. Experience within Excess of Loss (XOL) Competent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of technical account structure. Successful management of workload; with an ability to manage expectations.
