About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Axiom Regulatory Reporting practice. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with financial institutions to design, implement, and optimize regulatory reporting solutions on the Axiom platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex data and reporting requirements while ensuring alignment with U.S. regulatory expectations and industry best practices. This is an ideal opportunity for a regulatory reporting professional who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and who enjoys solving complex problems for sophisticated banking and broker-dealer clients. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions. Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. regulatory frameworks, interpreting rules and guidance from the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA. Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
