The job oversees the regional occupational and employee health programs. Oversees programs aimed at prevention, maintenance, and restoration of employee health throughout the organization. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance within the area of assignment, as well as federal and state guidelines. Ability to organize, initiate, and monitor programs in area of assignment. Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of information. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate initiative and integrity and work effectively with others. Job Duties Collaborates with employee health leadership in planning, developing, implementing and evaluation the occupational, employee health programs. Ensures the substance abuse program guidelines are followed as well as federal, state, and organizational standards. Coordinates employee health programs pertaining to the onboarding process to include drugs screens, vaccinations, and WC. Prepares performance evaluations and monitors time and attendance and payroll for the department. Facilitates onboarding for new employees within department.
