Job Title: Finance Analyst – FP&A Job location: Belgrade, Serbia Job Summary: This individual will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities to help drive business performance and decision making. The Finance Analyst will work closely with senior FP&A team members to deliver accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Journal Entries: Compile and analyze financial data to prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare variance analysis against monthly budgets/forecasts and highlight key drivers. KPI Tracking: Monitor business performance metrics and assist with preparation of dashboards and scorecards. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct research and financial analysis to support senior leadership with special projects or business cases. Collaboration: Work closely with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate financial data and align reporting with actual results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in finance / financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
