Key Responsibilities • Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to finalizing hires. • Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, leveraging your agency background and understanding of the technical landscape. • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to ensure recruitment strategies align with department goals and company vision. • Insights: Provide insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and technological advancements to adjust recruitment strategies as needed. • Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the company's brand as an employer of choice.
