Driver Education: Secondary education or equivalent; Valid and relevant truck/trailer/axle heavy-rigid vehicle driver’s license and forklift ticket/license, as required by job and stipulated by local authorities. Registered as licensed customs agent, as required by local authorities. An Operations Support Agent is a professional who ensures the smooth functioning of an organization by coordinating, supporting, and optimizing operational processes across departments. Scheduling meetings, maintaining records, creating reports, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operations. Assisting in the rollout of new systems or procedures, monitoring performance data, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. Communicating with external partners, suppliers, or vendors to ensure seamless operations. Familiarity with software, systems, and tools used in operations, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Experience: One (1) year of heavy vehicle driving experience; Excellent driving record – no preventive accident in past 12 months (country requirement may apply) Operations Support Agents are essential for streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting teams to achieve organizational goals, making them a backbone of operational succes Successful Operations Support Agents need a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
