Xử lý các trường hợp bất thường trong quá trình khai thác ( hàng bể vỡ, lạc tuyến…) Thực hiện scan và làm báo cáo. Phối hợp với bộ phận Giao nhận và Điều phối xử lý các tình huống nhận hàng bất thường. Phối hợp với bộ phận Giao nhận và Điều phối xử lý các trường hợp hàng không phát được hoặc có yêu cầu khác từ khách hàng. Liên lạc với khách xử lý các trường hợp cần thêm thông tin hoặc sự sắp xếp từ khách hàng.
