Ein Tag im Leben bei Atotech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten Sie die technische Zukunft unserer Forschungs- und Produktionsstandorte in Berlin-Moabit und Neuruppin. Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung unserer Gebäude-, Energie- und Versorgungstechnik und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Labore, Pilotanlagen und Produktionsbereiche jederzeit zuverlässig, sicher und leistungsfähig betrieben werden können. Als zentrale technische Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie eng mit R&D, Anwendungstechnik, Produktion und Labor zusammen und steuern externe Fachfirmen. Mit Ihrem ingenieurtechnischen Know-how planen und realisieren Sie Modernisierungen, Erweiterungen und Neuinvestitionen in der elektrotechnischen und gebäudetechnischen Infrastruktur. Die Tätigkeit umfasst regelmäßige Besuche beider Standorte (ca. 20–25 %), um Projekte vor Ort zu begleiten und technische Entscheidungen direkt mit den Teams abzustimmen. Ihre Verantwortung Leitung und Umsetzung technisch anspruchsvoller Projekte an der Schnittstelle von Gebäude-, Anlagen-, Elektro- sowie Klima- und Lüftungstechnik Wahrnehmung klassischer Bauherrenaufgaben im Rahmen des Projektmanagements Planung, Überwachung und Betreuung der technischen Ausrüstung bei Neu-, Um- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen – von der Konzeption bis zur Abnahme Steuerung externer Dienstleister, inklusive Angebotsmanagement, Qualitätskontrolle, Abnahmen und technischen Begehungen Beratung in Fragen der Prozess-, Verfahrens- und Versorgungstechnik Erstellung und Überwachung von Kosten-, Termin- und Ressourcenplänen Unterstützung in Health-Safety-Environmental-Themen (z. B.
