Duties and Responsibilities: Assist phlebotomy faculty member to properly prepare laboratory space for learning. Assist the phlebotomy faculty member to teach phlebotomy skills, following safety rules and regulations. Under the direction of the faculty member, provide feedback to learners regarding their ability to draw blood specimens. Communicate effectively with students, other assistants and the faculty member.
