The Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.

Our expert therapists provide signature massages to ensure members feel completely rejuvenated for future training. If it’s relaxation you’re after, our signature facials replenish the skin leaving a healthy glow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must possess a valid NYS Massage Therapy License
- Perform 25, 50,80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting
- Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
- Scheduling Desk Staff
- Coaching of staff
- Service revenue goals
- Retail revenue goals
- Event planning
- Direct client outreach
- Direct client in-reach
- Product inventory
- Customer Service experience
- Management experience and/or experience in Spa/Salon/Retail
- 1-2 years Spa Experience
Pay Transparency: $66,300 annual base salary, plus additional compensation for spa treatment sessions performed and the opportunity to earn bonus compensation.
