- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, government organizations, and key business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize hotel revenue.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and presentations.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and preparing proposals for clients.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve room nights, banquet, and catering revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client entertainment activities.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within assigned segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English; Khmer and other languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Phnom Penh hospitality market is desirable.
