As a Lead Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes. A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include: Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians. Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives. Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools. Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc. Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. This job might be for you if: You have a B.S. Degree or equivalent. You have 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment. You have leadership and communication skills. Pay Range Data - $107,600 - $161,500 annually We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
