Overview of the Role Nuveen is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the strategy, delivery and hands-on technical excellence of the GoldenSource platform supporting enterprise reference data management. This role combines strategic technology leadership with deep, hands-on GoldenSource expertise, leading a global team of engineers while remaining personally engaged in platform design, data quality, and complex issue resolution. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with global team management experience, strong commercial and transformation instincts, and genuine technical depth in GoldenSource, reference data domains, and financial instrument data.
