Our team drives customer journey transformation by streamlining processes, building capabilities, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding operational resilience. In this role, you will own training and education across Diabetes Order Management – International, while actively supporting the transition to MiniMed and newly implemented platforms. You will empower employees to deliver memorable service that fosters customer loyalty and elevates their experience, through system training, soft skills programs, onboarding, and service excellence development. You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries.
