Responsabilidades Contribuir a la identificación y selección del grupo meta. Desarrollar las metodologías de World Vision asociada a nutrición espiritual enfocada en niños, adultos e iglesias. Organizar actividades innovadoras para niños, adolescentes y jóvenes. Dar seguimiento al desarrollo de las réplicas metodológicas de acuerdo al público identificado. Brindar soporte logístico y organizativo necesario para el desarrollo de las sesiones formativas, así como la recolección de información básica y evidencias de las actividades. Monitorear, documentar y elaborar informes que reflejen el alcance de los productos. Requisitos Nivel técnico o Licenciatura en teología, Psicología, psicopedagogía u otra carrera o experiencia relacionada. Dominio de las herramientas del paquete office. Persona con principios cristianos. Experiencia demostrable como facilitador. Experiencia en relacionamiento o trabajando con iglesias. Experiencia trabajando con niños, adolescentes y jóvenes.
