Key Responsibilities: Responsabilidades principales: Liderar la planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre del Proyecto Beyond Access. Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados esperados. Gestionar eficientemente los recursos financieros, administrativos y operativos del proyecto. Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores, presupuesto, cronogramas y estándares de calidad. Fortalecer y mantener alianzas estratégicas con socios, autoridades locales, comunidades y otras partes interesadas. Supervisar los procesos de monitoreo, evaluación, aprendizaje y elaboración de informes. Promover la participación comunitaria, la inclusión, la protección y la sostenibilidad de las intervenciones. Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos institucionales. Requisitos: Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Administración, Economía, Desarrollo Comunitario o carreras afines. Experiencia comprobada en coordinación y gestión de proyectos de desarrollo. Conocimiento en planificación, monitoreo, evaluación y gestión presupuestaria. Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajo con comunidades. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y construcción de alianzas. Dominio del idioma inglés. Deseable formación en gerencia o administración de proyectos.
