Relieve operators at different workstations as assigned. Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities when required. Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation. Conduct routine checks and inspections on equipment. Report equipment faults, quality deviations, and safety concerns promptly. Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S and GMP requirements. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor operational issues. Support stock handling, material replenishment, and packaging activities when required. Adhere to all food safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards. Participate in shift handovers and team meetings. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve line performance. Health, Safety and Quality Responsibilities Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Report unsafe acts and conditions immediately. Maintain product quality standards and food safety requirements. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality systems. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Previous experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment. Ability to operate multiple production line machines. Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Key Competencies Flexibility and adaptability.
