At Expedia Group, we help travelers explore the world, one journey at a time. As a global travel company powered by passionate people, trusted partnerships, and leading technology, we connect travelers, partners, and advertisers through our consumer brands, B2B network, and travel advertising business. Here, you'll do meaningful work that helps millions of people discover, book, and experience travel with more ease, confidence, and joy. Our five Behaviors-Traveler First, Think Big, Operate with Excellence, Ownership Mindset, and Succeed Together-help foster a supportive environment where people can grow their careers and have the flexibility, benefits, and support to do their best work. Join us and build for travelers everywhere. In this role, you will: Architect enterprise learning and development strategies, frameworks, and experiences that address complex organizational capability needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. Translate business priorities, learner insights, and performance data into scalable learning architectures, curricula, and development solutions across multiple domains. Lead the design of end-to-end learning ecosystems, including needs analysis, solution architecture, content strategy, delivery models, measurement, and continuous improvement. Establish standards, principles, and reusable patterns that enable consistent, accessible, and engaging learning experiences across the organization. Partner with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, learning teams, Developer Experience and technology leaders to align learning investments with organizational priorities and drive adoption. Design role-based AI learning pathways and playbooks for Technology job families, extending the developer enablement model in partnership with Developer Experience. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, organizational development, business, technology, or a related field. Significant professional experience designing and architecting enterprise learning, capability-building, instructional design, or organizational development solutions. Experience owning strategy and architecture across multiple learning programs, domains, or organizational capabilities, rather than a single course or learning asset. Demonstrated expertise in learning design principles, adult learning theory, curriculum architecture, learning technologies, evaluation methods, and data-informed improvement. Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work and experience designing AI learning for technical audience Preferred Qualifications: Strong hands-on AI fluency and technical credibility: uses AI tools every day to design, prototype and test learning, and can teach technical audiences in the context of their own tools and workflows. Experience building role-based learning pathways and playbooks across multiple technical job families (for example product, program management, data, design and engineering leadership), adapting a common, tool-agnostic framework to each role’s real work. Experience designing ways to measure whether people’s AI skills and behaviors actually improved, and connecting that to usage data and business results without overstating cause and effect. A track record of leading technology-driven behavior change through influence, including turning skeptical stakeholders into partners and adapting to organizational decisions without formal authority. Experience designing and facilitating hands-on learning for leaders at every level, and scaling it across global teams through champions, lab leaders or train-the-trainer models The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $207,500.00 to $290,500.00.
