Technical Competencies Complaint Resolution, Public Relations, Long Term Care Industry, CQI Principles, Project Management Principles, Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Facilitation Skills. Experience Relevant experience preferably in a long-term care setting; and adult day centers. Experience in assessing activation needs, development, implementation and evaluation of activation programs.
