Medical Production Operator Second Shift If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and fascinated by the latest advancements in medical technology, you could be the perfect fit for our growing medical production team. Materialise USA is seeking a Medical Production Operator for our Plymouth, MI facility, where we use cutting-edge additive manufacturing techniques to create orthopedic surgical guides — patient-specific tools that help surgeons deliver highly precise care. As this innovative approach becomes the new standard, demand is rising rapidly, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey. Our U.S. medical manufacturing operations have expanded significantly and continue to grow, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving team within a global leader in medical innovation. Pay and Benefits: This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, second-shift position. Some overtime may be available, paid at 1.5 times your regular rate. You'll also receive 14 days of PTO upon hire (prorated for mid-year start) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. Additional benefits include free short- and long-term disability insurance and free life insurance (starting after 30 days), as well as a 401(k) with employer contributions — even if you don’t contribute.
