Job Description Responsibilities: Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes. Support the development and implementation of employee lifecycle strategies in alignment with organizational policies. Coordinate recruitment and selection processes by assisting in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication. Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization. Assist in organizing and tracking training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance. Facilitate performance management activities by supporting documentation, timelines, and system updates. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations through accurate record-keeping and adherence to guidelines. Support employee relations and conflict resolution efforts by escalating issues and maintaining confidentiality. Manage offboarding and exit processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates.
