Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Native or fluent Portuguese.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
