Demonstrate ability to build solutions in an agile way. Experience in integrating various solutions that enable digital transformation. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for data processing and application platforms. Create and maintain architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, integration diagrams, standards). Establish design principles, reusable patterns, and engineering guardrails. Ensure data quality, validation, transformation, and lifecycle management. Drive non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability, and resilience. Set standards for error handling, retry, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery. Guide technology selection and conduct proof-of-concepts when needed. Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation, reviews, and technical decisions. Partner with security teams to enforce secure design, access controls, and compliance. Define observability standards: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and dashboards. Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and release governance. Mentor team members and promote best practices across development lifecycle. Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture roadmap.
