Deine Aufgaben im Team Mit deinem hohen Qualitätsanspruch, technischen Verständnis und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise trägst du zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Produkte bei: Du planst Qualitätsprüfungen, erstellst dafür Prüfpläne, definierst Prüfmerkmale und legst die benötigten Prüfmittel, Intervalle, Zuständigkeiten etc. fest – so stellst du effiziente und wirksame Prüfprozesse sicher. Mithilfe gängiger Qualitätsmanagement-Methoden analysierst du Fehlerursachen, identifizierst mögliche Schwachstellen und schlägst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen vor. Mit qualitätsgeschultem Blick bewertest und überprüfst du Lieferanten hinsichtlich ihrer Leistung, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu halten. Du sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation aller qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse für die Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Standards im QM-System, einschließlich Prüfprotokollen, Verfahrensanweisungen usw. Du definierst qualitätsrelevante Kennzahlen zur Bewertung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Prozess- und Produktqualität und erstellst dazu Reportings. Aktiv arbeitest du in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Qualitätssicherung mit – du initiierst Optimierungsmaßnahmen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit Produktion, Einkauf, Entwicklung und externen Partnern um. Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau etc. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung sowie in der Prüfplanung, Prozessanalyse und im Lieferantenmanagement – gern als Qualitätsprüfer, Qualitätsfachmann in der Materialprüfung oder als Prozessmanager (w/m/d) im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der produzierenden Industrie. Von Vorteil sind fundierte Kenntnisse in QM-Methoden und Lösungstechniken wie Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis und KVP, um Prozessoptimierungen nachhaltig im Produktionsablauf zu verankern. Für den Austausch im Team und darüber hinaus kannst du auf gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zurückgreifen. Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest teamorientiert und zeigst dich in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen durchsetzungs- und kommunikationsstark, aber auch offen für Lösungen.
