Deine Aufgaben im Team Als Teamleitung trägst du fachlich und disziplinarisch Verantwortung für bis zu 9 Servicemitarbeitende im Außendienst. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Führung, Teamorganisation, Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung – nicht auf der operativen Durchführung einzelner Serviceeinsätze. Durch eine wirksame Prozessorganisation stellst du sicher, dass bei unseren Serviceeinsätzen Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitssicherheit, Compliance und eine prozesskonforme Dokumentation eingehalten werden. Für einen effizienten Personaleinsatz steuerst du vorausschauend Kapazitäten und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten. Aktiv wirkst du für deinen Verantwortungsbereich an der Budget- und Ressourcenplanung mit. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden und internen Fachbereichen organisierst du ein souveränes Eskalationsmanagement. Kontinuierlich hast du unsere Prozesse im Service im Blick und bringst Verbesserungen und Standardisierungen proaktiv voran. In deiner Führungsrolle sorgst du für ein optimales Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder, förderst die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams durch gezielte Qualifikations- und Schulungsmaßnahmen und führst regelmäßig Mitarbeitergespräche (Zielvereinbarungen, Feedbackrunden etc.). Das bringst du mit Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (w/m/d), oder in einer anderweitig passenden Fachrichtung. Außerdem kannst du eine Zusatzqualifikation zum staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Industriemeister, Wirtschaftsfachwirt oder Betriebswirt (w/m/d) vorweisen. In der Leitung oder Koordination technischer Service-Teams konntest du bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung sammeln sowie deine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungsstärke auch in dynamischen Phasen unter Beweis stellen. Du gehst deine Aufgaben strukturiert an, arbeitest kennzahlenorientiert und nutzt die gängigen Service-, ERP- und CRM-Systeme routiniert. Dank deiner kommunikativen Fähigkeiten bewegst du dich sicher im Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement. Auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
