Make a difference as Customer Service Representative at Enza Zaden As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order flow while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will coordinate customer orders, logistics activities, import/export shipments and compliance documentation, ensuring products are delivered accurately, compliantly and on time. In this role you will: Manage the order-to-delivery process including order entry, allocations, invoicing, credits and open-order management. Serve as the primary customer contact for enquiries regarding products, availability, order status and delivery timelines. Coordinate import and export shipments, customs clearance and phytosanitary documentation to ensure compliance. Resolve customer and order-related issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. What you bring as a future colleague A qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related environment. Proven import/export expertise, including customs, shipping documentation and international logistics. Experience working with ERP systems and strong administrative attention to detail. A self-starter with a self-driven mindset, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
