JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all cement physical & chemical tests as per standards for APAC.
- R&D for new products & raw materials.
- Prepare cement additive sample for testing
- Maintain test results in a sytematic manner
- Communicate results & Prepare simple reports for the Line Manager.
- Manage equipment belonging to the CA Lab including calibration and maintenance.
- Support APAC region on lab proficiency and testing.
- Keep confidential company’s business information and documentation.
- Support concrete team whenever needed or requested by line manager
- Comply with all laws and Sika regulations, processes, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) minimum requirements. Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene measures as outlined in the workplace. Uphold all agreements on occupational safety and hygiene stipulated in the Labor Contract or collective bargaining agreement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education background: Intermediate vocational degree and above
- Experience: Min 3-5 years or more experience working in cement plants. Key point is to be well-versed with cement testings especially EN / TCVN , knowing ASTM methods are added advantage. Familiar with cement quality, process and operations.
- Skills: Testing skills for EN/TCVN standard (knowing ASTM is added advantage). Able to communicate in english.
