JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Marketing and Sales company products to achieve organization targets.
- MAIN TASKS – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from SIKA - Jordan products and maximizing client potential in a designated region.
- Visit potential clients.
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Regular visits to Consultants.
- Preparing daily, weekly plan, and Daily Report.
- Attending Monthly Sales Meeting.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, Support and product education.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing customers/potential customers with required Samples, by contacting Technical Dept. through Logistics Dept.
- Negotiating payment terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Payments collection from customers.
- Coordinate with customers and Logistics Dept. to arrange product Delivery (Place & Date).
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- To convey customer requirements to Management.
- In addition to the above, focusing on Construction System market is required.
- Any additional task requested from the immediate supervisor and/or senior management, to increase the organization overall performance.
- Relating to EHS responsibility, He has to be an example to all employees.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and report key findings to management on a regular basis.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with the General Sales Manager.
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
