What You'll Do
As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families holidaying with us.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
- Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
- Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
- Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
- Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
- Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods
What You'll Bring

- Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups.

- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile.
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
- Pool Attendants: Must be 16+ and hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
