What you’ll do
As a Grounds & Maintenance all-rounder, you will assist with the following:
- Keep our resort grounds immaculate, mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping like a pro.
- Lend a hand with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities, and facilities.
- Dive into pool care, cleaning, dosing, water balancing, and basic repairs.
- Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring everything’s guest-ready.
- Pitch in on grounds-based projects, basic mechanical repairs, and a splash of painting.
- Deliver friendly, incidental customer service, because a helping hand goes a long way!
What you’ll bring
- Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work (trade qualification not required—we love a true all-rounder!).
- Skills with ride-on and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control.
- Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements.
- Ability to work unsupervised and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a good level of fitness (it’s a physically demanding role!).
