As a Patient Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit—from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. What You’ll Do: Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Accurate Record Keeping: Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone. Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems. Detail-Oriented: You’ll be the expert in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is verified correctly.
