Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with our Incoming Goods, Purchasing, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper teams. Return Management: You will coordinate the exchange of goods and the return of commission goods. Logistics & Customs: You will prepare shipping and customs documents, pack returns, and monitor inspected items. Financial Processing: You will be responsible for processing credit notes and replacement deliveries. WHO YOU ARE Education: Completed vocational training in a relevant commercial field or equivalent qualification. Languages: Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English. Key Skills: Strong communication skills with external partners, negotiation skills, discretion, and a high level of diligence.
