Summary: In this role, you will lead complex client programs and execute strategic workplans that deliver measurable value. Responsibilities: Lead execution of client workplans and manage complex programs independently. Cultivate strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders by aligning Vizient solutions with priorities, driving collaboration, and supporting long-term partnership growth. Leverage advanced data analysis to translate complex information into strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact. Employ analytical storytelling to communicate findings and insights that support informed decision-making. Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to optimize utilization and value realization. Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions to align goals and identify new opportunities. Provide strategic guidance across multiple functions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Operate autonomously, mentor peers, and support standardization and continuous improvement across the team. Apply advanced problem-solving and critical thinking to complex issues and implement innovative solutions. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain. Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate actionable insights to senior executives. Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization. Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence. Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members. Willingness to travel. Hybrid schedule at Client Site -3 days a week. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
