Role Overview We are now looking for a Community Marketing Specialist EMEA who wants to help grow and strengthen our leading brands. Your responsibilities Coordinate community engagement initiatives across EMEA markets Support ambassador, advocacy and loyalty programs that strengthen brand engagement Build and maintain relationships with creators, brand advocates and community members Coordinate influencer and creator activities, including onboarding, gifting and program administration Source and manage user-generated content for Weber and Blackstone channels Monitor community conversations, consumer feedback and social media trends Prepare reports and share insights to support marketing and business decisions Collaborate closely with local market teams, agencies and internal stakeholders across EMEA Support the execution of community events, activations and brand experiences Our requirements 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, Creator Relations, Influencer Marketing or a related field Experience managing online communities and engaging with consumers on social platforms Hands-on experience working with creators, influencers or brand ambassadors Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Experience working in an international environment across different markets and cultures Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions Native or near-native German and fluent English Passion for social media, community building and consumer brands Interest in outdoor cooking, food culture and lifestyle brands is a plus We offer: 30 days vacation, 2 days remote work per week, Weber Wednesdays - free lunches every Wednesday, Urban Sports Club Membership, Jobbike, Employee discounts on Weber products Weber Blackstone brings together two iconic names in outdoor cooking, united by a shared passion for creating exceptional experiences around the grill and griddle.
