    Main Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the day-to-day allocation of work across the team, supporting productivity, quality and the achievement of service objectives.
    • Review and assess client information and documentation, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT, CDD and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
    • Promote consistency and quality across file reviews by monitoring review outcomes and helping to maintain best practice standards.
    • Support the development of colleagues by identifying training needs, sharing knowledge and assisting with team capability building.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify and clarify information required for file review activities.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring client information is appropriately captured across systems and workspaces.
    • Partner with colleagues across Ocorian's global network to resolve compliance-related queries and support effective review outcomes.
    • Provide regular updates to management, identify potential risks or issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the File Review function.
