Job Summary: The GTM & Impact team is responsible for driving the commercial strategy, market positioning, and advertiser value proposition for JioStar’s Sports properties across Digital and TV. The team combines audience insights, market intelligence, measurement frameworks, and monetization strategies to build compelling advertiser narratives, demonstrate campaign effectiveness, and optimize pricing and packaging across key sports properties. Working closely with Sales, Product, Research, Content, and Business teams, the function plays a critical role in strengthening advertiser partnerships, enabling data-driven decision-making, and maximizing revenue opportunities through impactful storytelling, strategic planning, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Evangelize JioHotstar and Sports as high-impact strategic platforms for brand building and long-term equity creation. Create persuasive pitch decks and engagement materials grounded in category insights and analytics aimed at attracting association from advertisers & agencies of all sizes. Develop solution specific, category-specific narratives leveraging platform capabilities and client objectives. Build competitive narratives to differentiate against platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and emerging players like APV and Retail Media Networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including viewership, pricing, product, marketing, and design Skills and Attributes for Success: Experience in Digital Marketing with an in-depth understanding of adtech, martech, media, sports Structured problem solver - Ability to develop solutions in an ambiguous environment Strong in analytics with a high comfort around excel modelling Should have worked in inter team and intra team collaborative roles Strong flair and keen interest in Advertising, Media, and Sports Preferred Education and Experience: MBA with 3-6 years of strategy consulting experience will be preferred.
