Requirements Must: Have 5+ years of experience as a corporate, transactional, securities, corporate governance, or M&A paralegal in a corporate legal department or mid-sized to large law firm environment. Exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may be considered based on relevant deal exposure and transaction experience. Must: Hold a Paralegal Certificate or equivalent paralegal education and training. Must: No specific license requirement identified. Must: Essential physical requirements not provided. Must: Travel requirements not provided. Preferred: Experience supporting sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and commercial real estate transactions. Preferred: Experience within a fast-paced in-house legal department. Preferred: Experience with SEC filings and public company reporting obligations. Preferred: Experience in healthcare, particularly post-acute care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare services. Preferred: Experience supporting large corporate entity structures and managing multiple concurrent transactions. Preferred: Experience at a mid-sized or large law firm supporting complex corporate transactions. Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
