Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Help residents improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence. Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Monitor resident responses to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care. Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current, valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
