Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with existing licensees across multiple brands Communicate daily with international licensors via email and conference calls Coordinate product and creative approval processes between licensors and licensees Organize sales materials, presentations, reports, and other brand/licensee-related documents Support licensees with brand guidelines, assets, approval requirements, and general inquiries Track payments and support related administrative processes Monitor online and offline markets for counterfeit and unauthorized products Prepare and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Provide general administrative and account management support to the licensing team Knowledge and Experience Entry level to approximately 5 years of work experience Interest in brands, consumer products, fashion, entertainment, or licensing is a plus Skills and Abilities Native Korean and business-level English, both written and spoken Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable communicating directly with international business partners Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously Responsible and proactive in following up on ongoing matters Creative or design experience/academic background is not required; the ability to understand feedback and communicate clearly between licensors and licensees is more important IMG Licensing is an equal opportunity employer that encourages applications from qualified, eligible candidates from all backgrounds and life experiences regardless of race, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, or belief.
