Le attività principali comprendono: Realizzare pezzi di precisione utilizzando torni/frese cnc, seguendo le tolleranze e le specifiche tecniche dettagliate nei disegni tecnici. Utilizzare software CAM per la programmazione dei centri di lavoro CNC, ottimizzando i percorsi degli utensili e garantendo la massima efficienza produttiva. Eseguire controlli dimensionali e di qualità sui pezzi lavorati, utilizzando strumenti di misura specifici, per assicurare che i componenti rispettino le tolleranze e gli standard richiesti. Effettuare la manutenzione ordinaria delle macchine utensili, identificare eventuali anomalie o malfunzionamenti e intervenire per risolverli, assicurando sempre la massima sicurezza e funzionalità dell'attrezzatura. Utilizzare tecniche di saldatura per la riparazione o la realizzazione di componenti specifici, quando necessario. Montaggio di attrezzature.
