Momenteel zoeken we bij Hansen Industrial Transmissions te Edegem een: IT APPLICATION SPECIALIST Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als IT Application Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van het JD Edwards (JDE) ERP-systeem. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met internationale key users, proceseigenaren en externe partners. Je lost technische problemen op, voert configuratie- en systeemverbeteringen door en bouwt expertise op in de JDE-toolkit en bijhorende technologieën. Daarnaast ondersteun je de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen, coördineer je het change managementproces en bewaak je de integratie tussen JDE en andere bedrijfsapplicaties om een betrouwbare en efficiënte systeemwerking te garanderen. Jouw profiel en persoonlijkheid Je hebt ervaring met enterprise applicatieondersteuning, bij voorkeur JD Edwards of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem, en kennis van bedrijfsprocessen zoals sales, productie, logistiek en finance. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met zowel IT als business. Je hebt een servicegerichte en pragmatische ingesteldheid, met focus op het bieden van efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht en je bent in staat om problemen van analyse tot oplossing op te volgen.
