Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Content Creation Assist with social media content calendars to meet Student Affairs' goals. Create visually engaging posts & vids for social media. Monitor trends to adapt engaging content to students. Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling Design posts, brand content, & visuals using Canva. Ensure content adheres to UVA’s branding guidelines. Maintain an organized digital library of photos, videos, and design assets in Canva. Collaboration & Communication Work with students, communications staff, and partners to ensure consistent, clear, and compelling content messaging. Contribute ideas in content brainstorming sessions to boost student engagement. Preferred Skills Experience with social media content creation as well as photography, videography, and/or graphic design. Proficiency in social platforms, video/audio editing, post-production, Canva. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and build a robust portfolio!
