Department Overview With the mission of "preventing fraud and maximizing the efficiency of procurement activities and through suppliers and procurement management within all Rakuten Group Companies", we are working on establishing and improving a procurement governance framework and developing a supplier management scheme for the Rakuten Group. Now we are strengthening procurement governance through establishment and implementation of standard process. We deploy it to mainly overseas companies. It is able to work in fast-paced, international and dynamic environment.
